The Final Destination

p/s: there might be a gathering for 5 Sejati/2007 and ex-classmates during hari raya holidays.

We plan to make it on 24 Sep 2009 (Thursday) during school holidays. Place at One U. Those that can make it or not, please leave your msg in chatbox with your nickname or msn me (I won’t check that frequently) or sms me.

I never expect myself to watch any of the Final Destination (FD) movies ever since the 3rd Final Destination movie which is FD 3 release.

Why since FD 3?

I never know the existence of the FD 1 and FD 2 until I saw the summary of the FD 3 in Galaxie magazine a few years back.

I think it’s really scary and I never wanted to watch it ever in my life even though my cousin strongly recommend it to me as he have all the 3 FD movies.

p/s: he loves to watch horror movies.

But,suddenly I gained courage to watch the FD 3 in my laptop and the source is from Chin after I heard some ghost stories in my college from Chin. (please log on to http://bluberyeuglena.blogspot.com to read it).

Then, after setting up the laptop, here I go to watch FD 3 with my pillow held tightly with my hands.

When there is blood spill scene or terrible dead ways, I’ll close my eyes as tightly as I can and cover it with my multifunction pillow.

Unexpectedly, I love the movie and was craving for more.

Thus, I watch FD 2 on the second day.

But FD 2 is more scary than FD 3, I can still remember how the victims died after they cheat the Death.

However, I don’t have any feelings when I watch FD 1 and I watch it from the beginning till the end without closing my eyes. It seems that it’s not that scary compared to FD 2 and FD 3 since i watch the last two sequels first.

Now, I’m so excited that the last sequel in FD movies – THE FINAL DESTINATION is currently showing in theatre and it’s in 3D form for some of the cinemas (I think). It must be so real to watch it with the 3D glass!!!

Who wants to go and watch????????

 

１９１与文言文

那天翻开记事本，偶然发现一片我从雪妮电话抄来的一些简讯。至今还令我影响非常深刻。

雪妮：１２生肖中，你最想与那位动物结婚？

这是雪妮收到的其中一则简讯。于是，她发给了所有是ＤＩＧＩ用户的朋友。这包括了我们Ｃｏｌｌｅｇｅ鼎鼎有名，身高不懂是１９２还是１９３公分高的１９１。为什么他被称为１９１？因为开始时我们搞错了她的身高。

看了这简讯后，他回复了。

１９１：未年出生。

雪妮：什么来的？

１９１：肖羊者也，寒天可剃毛取暖。哈哈。实因肖羊小我一岁，年龄相近，男比女年长稳重，合理？

雪妮：恭喜你！你是第一位与动物结婚的人。祝你们白头偕老！

１９１：也不错啊！怜惜爱护动物本是世人该做的事，结婚这点小意思算得了什么！唯恐注册局拒收这婚姻申请。

后记：１９１，不怪得被称为“华教斗士”。连简讯都这么文言文，为了维护深爱的华教，想必闭关练功了不少。但是，要是你没解释什么是“未年出生”想必我真的也不明白你想要表达什么。

脑科学趣味问题

从来都没有在这里发表过任何华文文章的我突然间想写一篇以确保我的华文依然没退步。

在这里已经住超过一年了，脾气却是改了很多。人也变得成熟一点了。变得更会为人着想，体谅别人。更独立。朋友也很多。毕竟这里很小，说一人与人的关系至然而然很融洽除非你整天呆在房间不出门除了吃，喝，上课。

看了木村拓哉的“ＭＲＢＲＡＩＮ”后，觉得启发了自己关于这没听过的科学－脑科学。很想再读完ＡＬＥＶＥＬ后慢慢研究关于这门非常有趣的科学。

所以，我与慧铃，敏明及雪妮共同创造了一些问题。但它却不够完美，因为它只适合给这里的学生，而且范围还不够广及仔细。

问题如以下：

１：６至１１选一个号码。

２：９至１３选一个号码。

３：你想试吃烤过熟的（焦）曲奇饼，还是烤不熟的曲奇饼，还是烤刚刚好的？

４：你喜欢吃长的，中等的还是短的曲奇饼？

５：你喜欢吃圆形，椭圆形，正方形，还是椭圆形的曲奇饼？

６：你喜欢吃上面有料（比如：巧克力）还是没料的曲奇饼呢？

７：你最想去哪个州或联邦直辖区？

V and me

I met V when I was in Form 4.

Maybe you met V too, but you might not have a very clear memory about V. But, I do.

I’m totally in love with V.

I always like to see V. 

Then, I left my school after the SPM exam, I break up with V and leave V as well trying not to forget V and sincerely hope that I’ll meet V again in my life.

I really hope.

Because I really like V than others.

Life still goes on without V.

I came to 11.20.20.

Finish my AS examination.

Then, when juniors came. I met V again.

The second time in my life.

I’m still in love with V.

That’s what I thought.

But.

I’m wrong.

So wrong.

V is getting more difficult to be with.

V’s personality has change.

I tried very hard, and struggling to be with V.

Finally, V is good now as I had succeeded on handling V.

I’m looking forward to see V again.

Aren’t you curious who’s V?

V is VECTOR.

Yes!!! The chapter "Vector” we learn in Form 4 maths.

And we didn’t learn it after SPM.

I didn’t learn it in AS too.

But, this once-was-easy Maths chapter is now hard and it’s in the A2 Pure Mathematics Syllabus.

After many practices, I manage to understand it better.

This is a story created by me.

Ideas from my roommate, Chin.

And housemate, Lilian and Sheih Nee.

Title was Chin’s idea.

We thought of this idea after we are so so frustrated on doing vectors because we can’t solve the vectors question in the past year until we hate this chapter so much.

HAHA!!!
